What happens if it rains?

Nobody wants to party in bad weather, including us! If the weather calls for heavy rain, high winds or thunder showers, we will happily refund or rebook your bouncer at no charge.

Does the price include set-up and delivery?

The bouncers will be delivered to your location within the Timmins area for no charge. We will charge for areas outside of Timmins that need delivery. All drop-offs include a set-up and safety orientation.

When do you set-up and when do you pick-up?

We start deliveries as early as 9am and aim to collect the last bouncer by 5pm. That being said, we are happy to work with you!

Where can we set-up the bouncer?

Our bouncers are commercial grade, designed to withstand big jumps! That said, we are only able to rent to private venue parties. If you are looking to do a charity fundraiser or going to a public place, you need a TSSA certified vendor. We can happily share some contacts to help.

Do we need to keep the bouncer plugged in at all times?

Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Is it a must that the inflatable be supervised?

Yes, this is to keep everyone safe! The adult is responsible for adhering to the capacity maximum and weight restrictions, as well as making sure that there is no horseplay or unsafe behaviour happening which could put the safety of those on the unit at risk.  The adult must also maintain similar ages, heights and weights on the inflatable at the same time.

Each unit requires at least one adult supervisor at all times.  Adults must be at least 18 years or older and responsible.

How does payment work?

We accept e-transfers or cash. A $200 damage deposit is due upon receiving the bounce and returned once the bounce is picked-up in the same condition.

What surface can we set-up on?

We can set up on grass (our favourite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the bouncers.

How will I know if the bouncer fits at my location?

You will find the measurements for each piece of equipment located on our website.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is enough space (width, length & height) at your location to setup the rental items.  You should also have 5 feet all around.  We recommend that you double check your space prior to ordering.  Once we arrive at your location, you are responsible for full payment if the equipment does not fit.

Prior to returning the equipment, am I responsible for cleaning it?

We ask that all equipment be swept out and any physical debris be removed prior to us arriving. We will clean all bouncers after each use as per manufacturers recommendations and ensure that they are disinfected as per health requirements.

Can we refuse to set up a bouncer?

Yes most definitely, we take safety very serious. We will refuse to set up if a yard has steep hill, requires lifting over a fence, carry through a house, lift down stairs, yard filled with dog feces, blocked driveways, blocked pathways, pathways between houses less than 3 ft wide etc. If we have any of these issues, we will not set up and you are responsible for full payment.
